This course can reorganize itself based on your goals.
By selecting a Learning Path, the course will highlight only the modules and certification options that match the skills you want to develop.

You may choose from four paths:

• Path 1 — Fundamentals Only
  Core Visio skills for reviewing, annotating, and making quick adjustments to existing drawings — without creating figures from scratch.

• Path 2 — Diagram-Type Patent Figure Drawing Skills
  Focuses on flowcharts and system/process diagrams used to explain how inventions work. Ideal for invention disclosures, R&D communication, and many software-, system-, and AI-related patent applications.

• Path 3 — Full Utility Patent Drawing Skills
  Covers the complete utility patent drafting workflow, including diagrams, image tracing, tables, graphs, GUI figures, electrical diagrams, and full multi-figure drawing sets.

• Path 4 — Drawing Quality Reviewer
  Designed for learners who review and inspect drawings rather than create them, with emphasis on USPTO compliance, formatting accuracy, and quality control.

Your Learning Path controls which certification projects appear in Module 5.

🔧 How to Change Your Learning Path

1. Go to Start Here → Customize Your Learning Experience → Choose Your Learning Path
2. Select the learning path that best matches your goals
3. Save your choice and reload the course page
   (the course content will automatically adjust to your selection)

Note:
If you are changing an existing selection and want to reset it first, you may use “Remove my choice” before selecting a new path.

You may change your learning path at any time unless your institution has assigned a fixed path for you.
